By accessing or using Self-Host Studio ("the Platform"), operated by Self-Host Hub ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
Self-Host Studio is a self-hosted, white-label workflow automation platform. The Platform enables operators ("you") to build, manage, and deploy automated workflows for your organizations and end users. The Platform integrates with third-party services including but not limited to social media platforms, AI services, productivity tools, and communication services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to use the Platform to:
The Platform connects to third-party services (e.g., TikTok, YouTube, Google, OpenAI) through their respective APIs. Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms of service and privacy policies of those third-party providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
When you connect a third-party account through OAuth or API credentials, you authorize the Platform to access and interact with that service on your behalf within the scope of permissions you grant. You may revoke this access at any time through the third-party service's settings or by removing the credential from the Platform.
You retain ownership of all data and content you create, upload, or process through the Platform. We do not claim ownership of your content. As a self-hosted platform, your data resides on your own infrastructure and is under your control.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform, including any content processed through workflows, complies with applicable laws and the terms of connected third-party services.
The Platform software, documentation, and associated materials are licensed under the terms provided with your membership. You may not sublicense, sell, or redistribute the Platform source code except as expressly permitted by your license agreement.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOU USE THE PLATFORM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
